How does the Fondura™ mug melt chocolate or cheese?

What type of candles should I use?
Use unscented tealight candles only. Scented candles may alter the taste or release unwanted fumes while heating food.
How long does it take to melt?
Chocolate or cheese melts in approximately 3–5 minutes depending on how much you use. Stir occasionally for a smooth consistency.
Is it safe to leave the candle burning?
